Renewal of financial guarantees for SIAAP classified installations. The Environmental Code defines the obligations to provide financial collateral for facilities classified for environmental protection (ICPE). Decree No 2012-633 of 3.5.2012 and Order of 31.5.2012 extended the relevant obligations.
