The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the performance of maintenance and service works on detection and signalling devices as well as cable installations and supporting structures for light signalling located in the city of Poznań. The subject of the contract concerns the obligations related to maintaining cleanliness and order on public roads within the administrative boundaries of the city of Poznań, imposed on the Employer in accordance with the provision of Art. 4 of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities.
