Description

Bei dem Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um die Umnutzung eines alten Krankenhauses zu einem Integrativen Sozialgebäude "@viedel", in der Bachstraße 19, in 56751 Polch. Das bestehende Gebäudeensemble liegt im Zentrum von Polch, direkt angrenzend an eine vorhandene Parkanlage.
Am bestehenden Gebäude werden alte Anbauten und Verbindungskörper abgerissen und durch Neubauteile ersetzt, welche die Erschließung und Entfluchtung verbessern. Des Weiteren wird erdgeschossig ein Mehrzweckraum angebaut und die vorhandene Kapelle als Kulturkirche umgenutzt.
