4.1 The subject of the contract is the performance by the Contractor for the Contracting Authority of periodic inspections of hydrotechnical facilities in accordance with the Construction Law Act of 7 July 1994 (Journal of Laws 2021, item 2351; hereinafter referred to as ‘the Construction Law Act’), within the area of operation of the State Water Holding Polish Waters of the Management Board of the Koszalin Basin: 1) annual - in accordance with Art. 1 point 1 of the Construction Law Act and within the scope specified in § 68-72 of the Regulation of the Minister of Maritime Economy of 23 October 2006 on technical conditions of use and detailed scope of inspections of marine hydrotechnical structures (Journal of Laws No. 206, item. 1516), taking into account the content of §§ 73-74 of this regulation, 2) five-year - in accordance with Art. 1 point 2 of the Construction Law and within the scope specified in § 75-77 of the Regulation of the Minister of Maritime Economy of 23 October 2006 on technical conditions of use and detailed scope of inspections of marine hydrotechnical structures (Journal of Laws No. 206, item. 1516), and to carry out, for the purposes of the inspection, the necessary tests and measurements.
