The contract shall include an optional tranche as defined in the tender specifications. The services are paid for by flat-rate prices. As part of its municipal strategy to develop the "Cannes on Air" ecosystem, the city of Cannes plans to establish an International Museum of Cinema and the Cannes Film Festival.
