4.2 The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of a service consisting in the collection of municipal waste from the owners of real estate located in the City of Łódź in the Bałuty sector in the period from 1 July 2026 to 31 January 2027. single-family housing - for the parts where residents live; multi-apartment real estate - for the parts where residents live; mixed housing - for parts where residents live and for parts where residents do not live and municipal waste is generated; real estate on which a holiday cottage is located, or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes. An encrypted list of property owners, recorded on an IT data carrier, will be sent to the Contractor as Annex 2 to the Contract. The contracting authority will update this list.
