Description

The subject of the public contract is the supply of two pieces of new, unused tractor carriers, including new combined cutting bodies, intended for the needs of the Pardubice Region Road Administration and Maintenance (SÚS PK). Machines must be manufactured in 2025 or later and designed for year-round road maintenance. The delivery includes a combined cutting body, consisting of a shoulder and underwater mower. Tractors shall be equipped with a diesel engine with a minimum output of 100 kW, a 4×4 drive, a stepless transmission, a power take-off and a hydraulic system for controlling attachments. Shoulder chopping bodies shall be capable of working to the right, a minimum reach of 7 m, automatic tilting in case of impact and continuous adjustment of contact pressure. Colour design of all components is required in orange RAL 2011. The subject-matter of the contract is also: - delivery of all legally prescribed equipment for the operation of the machine (e.g. car medicine, etc.); - carrying out the necessary inspections and other activities necessary to put the machine into operation in accordance with the applicable legal standards; A detailed definition of the subject-matter of the contract, including the technical conditions in the details necessary for the preparation of the tender, is set out in the annexes to this tender specifications in Annex 6 – Technical parameters for each lot separately to this tender specifications and are considered to be minimal, i.e. they must be fulfilled at least to the extent specified (i.e. they must be the subject-matter of a tender meeting or better parameters).
