Description

Predmet nabave je opskrba električnom energijom na području Grada Kaštela sukladno tehničkim specifikacijama i troškovniku koji su sastavni dio ove Dokumentacije o nabavi. Isporučena električna energija mora sadržavati minimalno 50% električne energije iz obnovljivih izvora. Energija iz obnovljivih izvora, ili obnovljiva energija je energija iz nefosilnih izvora, primjerice energija vjetra, solarna energija (toplinska i fotonaponska) te geotermalna energija, energija iz okoliša, energija iz plime, oseke i druga energija oceana, hidroenergija, biomasa, plin dobiven od otpada, plin dobiven iz uređaja za obradu otpadnih voda i bioplin (članak 3. stavak 1. točka 22. Zakona o tržištu električnu energije, Narodne novine broj 111/21, 83/23 i 17/25).
