1. The subject of the contract is the supply of cereal and leguminous products. 2. The requirements, quantities and a detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ and other tender documents, which will be published on the website of the procedure https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/2rblog. 3. The contracting authority shall provide for the right of option in the procedure in question. The optional value of the Contract is the maximum value, and its non-execution (in whole or in part) cannot be the basis for the Contractor to pursue any claims in this regard. The implementation of optional deliveries may take place only with the consent of the Ordering Party, in the quantities indicated by him, at the applicable unit prices, within the term of performance (applicability) of the Agreement.
