The subject of the contract includes the implementation of the following main activities: Review and analysis of the available source data and information provided; Elaboration of a complex project for investment initiative under Art. 150 of the Spatial Development Act, consisting of the following components: preparation of a draft detailed development plan – parcel plan and investment project in the ‘technical design’ phase for the site ‘Reconstruction of the sewerage network and bringing collectors to the Botevgrad WWTP’; Assistance in the coordination of the Complex Project for Investment Initiative with the relevant competent administrations, interested institutions, operating companies and third parties in accordance with the applicable legal framework; Obtaining all necessary permits in connection with the execution of the construction; Execution of construction and installation works and any other accompanying and related activities necessary for the execution of the construction in accordance with the regulatory requirements, the requirements of the Contracting Authority and the approved investment project; Performing author's supervision under the Spatial Development Act, including giving, if necessary, technical solutions, additions and/or amendments to the project and assistance in putting the site into operation; Preparation of executive documentation, cadastral recording of the entire construction and submission of the data to the relevant geodesy, cartography and cadastre office in accordance with Article 54a(2) of the Cadastre and Property Register Act; Submission of the site and its acceptance by the Contracting Authority with a Statement of Findings establishing the suitability for acceptance of the construction Annex No 15 under Regulation No 3 of 31 July 2003 on the drawing up of acts and protocols during construction; Participation in the commissioning of the site with a Protocol for establishing the suitability for use of the construction Annex No 16 of Regulation No 3 of 31 July 2003; Fulfilment of obligations related to ensuring the normal functioning and use of the completed construction site and removal of hidden defects after the acceptance and commissioning of the site within the warranty periods for completed construction and installation works and facilities in accordance with Regulation No 2 of 31 July 2003 on the commissioning of construction sites in the Republic of Bulgaria and the minimum warranty periods for completed construction and installation works, facilities and construction sites. The envisaged investment measures cover: Reconstruction of the inlet collector from the Botevgrad agglomeration – the section after the last overflow is compromised, the current becomes open, passes through the old WWTP and is included in the newly built inlet collector. In this regard, the envisaged investment measures include the reconstruction of the inlet collector with a section length of 401m; reconstruction of the drainage channel with a length of the section - 100 m and a sewerage network with a total length of 543 m. Reconstruction of the inlet manifold from the Vrachesh agglomeration – the inlet manifold from the Vrachesh agglomeration is interrupted when passing through the Bebresh river, the waste water from the agglomeration flows into the Bebresh river.
