The subject-matter of this call for tenders is ‘Engineering - design (complex design - DUP-PP and technical design), construction and supervision of the site ‘Reconstruction of sewerage network and bringing collectors to the Botevgrad WWTP’. The subject-matter of the contract includes the implementation of the following main activities: Review and analysis of the available source data and information provided; Preparation of a complex project for investment initiative under Art. 150 of the Spatial Development Act, consisting of the following components: preparation of a draft detailed development plan – a plot plan and an investment project in the technical design phase for the site ‘Reconstruction of a sewerage network and bringing collectors to the Botevgrad WWTP’; Assistance in coordination of the Complex Project for Investment Initiative with the relevant competent administrations, interested institutions, operating companies and third parties in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework; Obtaining all necessary permits in connection with the execution of the construction; Execution of construction and assembly works and any other accompanying and related activities necessary for the execution of the construction in accordance with the regulatory requirements, the requirements of the Contracting Authority and the approved investment project; Carrying out author's supervision under the Spatial Development Act, including giving, if necessary, technical solutions, additions and/or amendments to the project and assistance in putting the site into operation; Preparation of executive documentation, cadastral surveying of the entire construction and provision of the data to the relevant geodesy, cartography and cadastre office in accordance with Article 54a(2) of the Cadastre and Property Register Act; Delivery of the site and its acceptance by the Assignor with a Finding Act establishing the suitability for acceptance of the construction Annex № 15 under Ordinance № 3 of 31.07.2003 on the preparation of acts and protocols during construction; Participation in the commissioning of the site with a protocol for establishing the suitability for use of the construction Annex № 16 of Ordinance № 3 of 31.07.2003; Fulfillment of obligations related to ensuring the normal functioning and use of the completed construction site and elimination of hidden defects after the acceptance and commissioning of the site within the warranty periods for completed construction and installation works and facilities pursuant to Ordinance № 2 of 31.07.2003 on the commissioning of construction works in the Republic of Bulgaria and the minimum warranty periods for completed construction and installation works, facilities and construction sites. The envisaged investment measures shall cover: Reconstruction of the incoming collector from the agglomeration of Botevgrad – the section after the last overflow is compromised, the current becomes open, passes through the old WWTP and is included in the newly built incoming collector. In this regard, the envisaged investment measures cover the reconstruction of the inlet manifold with a length of 401 m; reconstruction of the drainage channel with a length of the section - 100 m and of a sewerage network with a total length of 543 m. Reconstruction of the inlet collector from the agglomeration of Vrachesch – the inlet collector from the agglomeration of Vrachesch is interrupted as it passes through the river Bebresh, waste water from the agglomeration flows into the river Bebresh. In this regard, the envisaged investment measures cover the reconstruction of the Vrachesh inlet manifold with a length of 1 564 m.
