Description

GIZ provides technical cooperation to the Identification of Poor Households Programme (IDPoor) of the Cambodian Ministry of Planning (MOP). IDPoor is a targeting mechanism for the identification of poor households giving them access to various social services. Part of GIZ’s support is to improve IDPoor’s use of modern IT. The current IDPoor software infrastructure has been in use for over ten years and has reached its limits in terms of functional capacity, data security and scalability.
For IDPoor to carry out its operational processes efficiently and sustainably, the software infrastructure needs to be further improved and developed.
