Description

Award of a temporary occupation authorisation (AOT) for the public domain constituting rights in rem pursuant to Articles L.2122-6 et seq. of the General Code of the Ownership of Public Persons, in order to carry out a university residence comprising 135 dwellings. The entire residence will be rented to CROUS d’Aix-Marseille, subject to a transparent annual fee.
