Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the health services to be provided under the Neurological and Urban Hospital Units in Ruda Śląska Sp. z o.o.
2. Health services will be provided according to the needs of the contracting authority in accordance with the timetable of the Neurological and Driver Units:
(a) Monday to Friday between 07:25 and 15:00 hours the following day (4 times a week on average)
(b) Monday to Friday between 15.00 and 07:25 of the following day (on average 3 on-call duty per month)
(C) on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays (slots) between 07:25 and 07:25 hours of the following day (on average 1 on-call per month).
