No 14C075AO – RV-HZ – supply and installation of site information and communication panels. The years from 2015 to 2018 included. This contract is a framework agreement with an economic operator within the meaning of the Community Directive, but a contract with order forms with no minimum and no maximum under Article 77 of the French Public Procurement Code. This consultation takes place within the framework of a group of orders in accordance with Article 8 of the Public Procurement Code with the bodies Toulouse Métropole and City of Toulouse. Toulouse Métropole is the coordinator of this group of orders. In accordance with the order group agreement drawn up between Toulouse Métropole and the City of Toulouse, the services will be the subject of 2 separate contracts, one for the City of Toulouse and one for Toulouse Métropole. Each member will monitor the performance of its contract. The time limits for performance or delivery of the services shall be laid down in each order form.
