Description

Het CAK is voornemens om een leverancier te selecteren voor het beheer van de Avaya telefonieomgeving. De overeenkomst wordt aangegaan voor een periode van drie jaar met de mogelijkheid tot drie keer een jaar verlenging.
Het CAK voert zelf een deel van de beheertaken op de telefonieomgeving uit. Voor een aantal werkzaamheden wil het CAK één Opdrachtnemer contracteren: Uitvoeren van 3e lijns beheer;Uitvoeren van of ondersteunen bij verbetertrajecten;Adviseren over de inrichting van de telefonieomgeving;Leveren van licenties;Leveren van support en onderhoud op deze licenties;Leveren en installeren van updates en patches;Leveren van vaste Avaya telefoons.
