Description

On Mengeder Straße in Dortmund Mengede additional living space is to be created on two adjacent plots. The plots are located directly on Mengeder Straße between the buildings, the Schulte-Kemna-Weg leads through, which serves the development for the building site behind it. The road is planned as a traffic-calmed area. The development plan MG131 of 2001 applies. The buildings are planned with three full floors and, adapted to the surrounding development with a roof floor. The end of the roof is a green flat roof with PV systems.
