Description

The project comprises the renovation of two 8-storey blocks of flats with an additional ground-based basement, including civil engineering works and demolition works. The procurement package concerns construction, HVAC and electrical contracts. The form of procurement is a shared contract in which the construction contractor acts as the main contractor and as the main contractor within the meaning of the legislation. HVAC and electrical works are carried out as side contracts subordinated to the main contractor in accordance with the subordination agreement RT-80271. The main contractor must ensure that the construction works are carried out in accordance with the regulations, the building permit and good construction practice. The main contractor is responsible for the implementation as a whole, the coordination of the works and the quality of the construction work.
