SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY IN THE SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT: SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY IN THE SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT: 1.Design: The technical/working design must contain the following parts: Part of Geodesy; Geodetic surveying /vertical planning/ Part Road; Part Vic; Part OD and EIDR; Part Fire safety; Part-ABP; Part-PSO; 2.Author supervision; 3.CMP; DEADLINE OF CONTRACT IMPLEMENTATION: The contracting authority shall determine a maximum permissible period for the execution of the contract of up to 60 calendar days, of which up to 15 calendar days for the preparation of an investment project in the technical phase and up to 45 calendar days for the execution of the construction and installation works. FORECAST ORDER VALUE: BGN 320 000.00 excluding VAT, of which: -the maximum financial resource for the implementation of rehabilitation and reconstruction of a street is BGN 233 333,33 excluding VAT; -the maximum financial resource for replacement and construction works of plumbing is BGN 80 000.00 excluding VAT; -the maximum financial resource for design is BGN 5 000.00 excluding VAT; -the maximum financial resource for exercising author's supervision is BGN 1 666.67 excluding VAT. The public procurement is financed with funds from the budget of the Municipality of Harmanli. PLACE OF CONTRACT IMPLEMENTATION: on the territory of the village of Biser, Harmanli municipality, a section of Spartak Street with an approximate length of 200 litres from 145, 161 to 160.
