Provision of a parachutist launch aircraft, with the technical specifications in the tender specifications. The product, ready for flight, will be delivered to an Aerodrome of the Romanian Aeroclub, the reception of the product will be made in locations that will be agreed by both parties, at the supplier's expense, within 3 months from the conclusion of the contract, but not later than 15.08.2025. The contracting authority will pay the price of the contract from two sources: from the institution's own funds and from funds from the insurance company that will pay the amount due to the Romanian Aeroclub as compensation.
