PL-Lublin: immunoassay analysers
The contract concerns: supply and assembly of an apparatus for dynamic assessment of the activity of the immunocompetent cells – Elispot included in the project entitled “Equipment of innovative laboratories for research into new medicines for the treatment of civilisation and cancer diseases”. The above-mentioned subject of the contract will be implemented as follows:
Supply and assembly of:
1. Apparatus for dynamic assessment of immunocompetent cell activity – Elispot – 1 piece
2. In the configuration set out in Annex 7 to these specifications.
3. The subject of the contract offered by the Contractors (equipment, apparatus) must comply with the technical and performance parameters set out in the ‘Determination of the required technical and performance parameters’ set out in Annex 7 to this ToR.
4. Whenever trade marks, patents, origin are used in the description of the subject-matter of the contract set out in the ToR. As an equivalent solution, the Contracting Authority will consider those which meet all the requirements of the Contracting Authority set out in the detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract set out in Annex 7 with quality, performance and functional characteristics which are identical or not lower than the products indicated in the ToR.
5. The procurer requires the offer of factory new, intact, non-exposure and exhibition equipment, complete and ready for use (i.e. without unnecessary additional purchases and investments), unencumbered by the rights of persons or third parties.
6. Assembly shall include delivery to the installation site, unpacking, installation, checking, carrying out the required tests and measurements, starting, training of the recipient’s personnel and putting into service.
