Description

The subject of the Order is the delivery of two complete sets of main technological equipment (Turbin Islands) for generating cogeneration units of electricity and heat generation for the location of Łagisz together with associated services and the provision of maintenance services under a long-term service contract for the Equipment defined in Annex A to the Service Agreement which are the subject of the Supply Agreement. The detailed description of the subject of the Order is set out in the Draft Terms of the Agreement constituting Annex 2 to the FTZ – Delivery Agreement and Annex 3 to the FTZ – Service Agreement.
