Description

The purpose of the consultation is the regulatory control of insulating respiratory protective equipment (RIA), the regulatory verification of RIA control benches, the control of air networks present in certain vehicles (CCF, respirable air handling bag) and the supply of spare parts, components and upper assemblies for ARI (dossards, masks).
The framework agreement was concluded in the form of an open tendering procedure pursuant to Articles 25-I-1 and Articles 67 to 68 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 on public procurement. It is a framework agreement with order forms governed by Articles 78 and 80 of the Decree, awarded to an economic operator.
