1. The subject of the contract is to equip a transport trolley, mobile transport trolley, treatment/mobile trolley and a wheelchair with the possibility of transporting an oxygen cylinder with a hanger for the drip of a building in SPWSZ in Szczecin for the needs of the OR in accordance with the project ‘Modernisation of telecommunications infrastructure, retrofitting and reconstruction of the OR and retrofitting of a diagnostic laboratory cooperating with the OR in SWPSZ in Szczecin in Loc. Arkońska 4’ Contract No DOI/FM/SMPL/117/MDSOR/2023/91/306. 2. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract, constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ and in the description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ and 1A to the SWZ for task No 1-4. 3. The implementation of the subject of the contract is co-financed by the State Treasury - the Minister of Health on the basis of Agreement No DOI/FM/SMPL/117/MDSOR/2023/91/306 concluded on 24 November 2023 for the award of a special-purpose grant to finance the implementation of the investment entitled: ‘Modernisation of telecommunications infrastructure, retrofitting and reconstruction of the OR and retrofitting of the diagnostic laboratory cooperating with the OR at the SWPSZ in Szczecin in Loc. Arkońska 4’. 4. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel this procurement procedure on the basis of Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not awarded to it.
