Description

With this invitation to tender, the Client (Concession Provider) aims to reach a Concession Agreement with one (1) Contractor (Concession Holder). Concessionaire has the operating right and the obligation to offer and supply (sell) Student Laptops under its own responsibility and at its own expense and risk, including associated services to interested TU/e students, including the mandatory execution of: - the selection of a student laptop model (or conduct a bidding procedure); - offering a dedicated TU/e web portal, so that students can order the Student Laptop in the web portal; - fully taking care of the logistical process for the (delivery) delivery of the Student Laptop ordered by the students including accessories; - collaboration with TU/e on student services. In addition, the Client also has the possibility to order Student Laptops for her PhD students. 1
