Description

The purpose of this framework agreement is the preventive, corrective and improvement maintenance of the four generators of the National Assembly distributed as follows: - 3 generators called "power plant" located at the Palais Bourbon. These power plants supply all safety installations within the meaning of the fire safety regulations in LES. They are also used as a full replacement source for several buildings; - 1 safety generator set located at 33 rue Saint-Dominique (called Las Cases). This group supplies the safety installations of this building within the meaning of the fire safety regulations in establishments receiving the public (ERP). This contract imposes on the contractor a maximum availability requirement and performance obligations for preventive maintenance services (annual breakdown rate not to be exceeded), for corrective maintenance services (intervention, troubleshooting and repair times to be respected) and for improvement maintenance (new equipment under warranty). Corrective maintenance operations must be carried out 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The provisions of the Special Technical Specifications (STS) describe how the services are to be carried out.
