Description

The object of the contract is the supply of consumables etc. spare parts as well as the provision of specialized technical support services for the operation of the biological treatment of the Thebes M.E.A., for two (2) years. Given that the operation of the MEA is continuous and daily throughout the year and that any failure or lack of spare parts and other consumables (e.g. bearings, grease of various types, lubricating oils, conveyor belts, high pressure pipes, etc.) will result in the interruption of its operation, with what this may entail for the proper and orderly management of the waste of the served Municipalities members of the Body, it is considered necessary to provide logistical support to the operation of the project. In order to ensure the smooth, safe, qualitative and quantitative operation of the Unit, but also for the effective and safe treatment of exceptional faults and malfunctions of hydraulic, electromechanical and other ancillary equipment, it is necessary and necessary to supply all the specialized consumables and spare parts required as well as to provide specialized technical support, in particular for the very specialized operation of the Biological Treatment Unit. The estimated value of the contract is one million six hundred and four thousand nine hundred and twenty euros and ninety-two cents (1.604.920,92 €) excluding 24% VAT (estimated value including VAT: €1,990,101.94, VAT value: 385.181,02 €), with an option up to 5% of the estimated value of the contract, with a value of eighty thousand two hundred forty-six euros and five cents (80.246,05 €) excluding VAT (Value of option including VAT: 99.505,10 €, VAT value: €19 259.05). The total estimated value of the contract including the option amounts to one million six hundred eighty-five thousand one hundred sixty-six euros and ninety-seven cents (€1,685,166.97) excluding VAT 24% (Total estimated value including VAT: €2 089 607.04, VAT: €404,440.07).
