DLR locations Berlin and Neustrelitz - Maintenance and glass cleaning (25-0318_S)
The subject of this call for tenders is the award of maintenance cleaning and glass cleaning at the three DLR sites in Berlin and at the Neustrelitz site in a total of 4 lots. The current contracts for all lots expire on 30.06.2026. The contracts at issue here will accordingly start on 01.07.2026 and will initially run until 30.06.2028. The client has the option of renewing the contract twice for a further year. The contracts, including the renewal options, have a maximum duration of 4 years and expire on 30.06.2030 at the latest. For the Berlin Charlottenburg location (included in Lot 1 and Lot 2), by way of derogation, a term of one year from the start of the service shall apply, whereby the contracting authority shall then have the option of extending the contract for another year three times. The contract therefore ends at the latest on 30.06.2030. A particular challenge in Lot 1 is the cleaning of laboratories and clean rooms in maintenance cleaning. Tenderers (or their subcontractors) must have specialised knowledge of laboratory or cleanroom cleaning. Lot 3 contains dishwashing service. Further information can be found in the attached documents, in particular: See terms of reference, costing tables and contract.
