Description

The procurement procedure used is the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. The services are divided into 2 lots. Each lot will be subject to a framework agreement. The framework agreement with a maximum amount, awarded on a one-time basis, is concluded pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will give rise to the issue of order forms. Each framework agreement will be allocated to a single economic operator. An on-site visit is mandatory (see conditions in Article 5.2 of the RC). The practical case, the answer to which will be analysed under the criterion for analysing the tenders ‘Response to a practical case’ in Lots 1 and 2, will be sent to the candidates at the time of the compulsory visit.
