La procédure de passation utilisée est: l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles 25-i.1o et 67 à 68 du Décret nº 2016-360 du 25.3.2016. L'accord-cadre sans minimum ni maximum est passé en application des articles 78 et 80 du Décret nº 2016-360 du 25.3.2016. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande.
