Description

Maintenance and maintenance services of the integrated information system supporting city management software put in place at the Contracting Authority for the modules specified in Annex 1 to the model contract.
A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract and the rules for its performance is set out in the model contract, which is attached as Annex 4 to the ICI.
Place of performance of the contract: Poznań City Council, pl. Kolegiacki 17, 61-841 Poznań.
The Contracting Authority provides that the Contractor may entrust the execution of all or part of the contract to subcontractors if he decides to make available to them some or all of the source codes and the copyright in the software the service of which is the subject of this procedure, in order to implement the provisions of the contract concluded with the Contracting Authority.
