Description

The Federal Republic of Germany, Federal Waterways and Shipping Administration (WSV), last represented by the shipping centre of the Waterways and Shipping Administration, charters towing capacities in the North Sea and Baltic Sea in order to be able to ward off the dangers posed by damaged ships for the German coast or shipping traffic at an early stage. As part of the safety and precautionary concepts for the German North Sea and Baltic Sea regions, emergency tugboats are to be chartered to strengthen the existing towing capacity as well as for general support services for the North Sea and Baltic Sea. The Contractor warrants that the tug will be kept in the area of operation for 24 hours per day and 7 days per week during the duration of the charter, depending on the current order of the Client or the bodies designated by the Client. The duration of the charter includes 34 months and 7 days, as well as an additional 4 options of 6 months each. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
