The mission of the Holder is to operate a public on-demand public transport service called "AlloTIC", in the form of virtual lines, and whose reference routes, reference schedules and stopping points are listed in Annex 3 of the CCTP. This service complements the ICT urban and peri-urban network of fixed regular lines. The Contractor undertakes to perform the services under the conditions defined in the constituent documents of this contract.
