Description

TU/e launched an updated digitalisation strategy in 2023. The Smart Campus & Living Labs programme is at the heart of the digitisation strategy. From the context of Smart Campus on the one hand, and Living Labs on the other, essential steps are taken to further realize a data-driven university, accompanying data-driven decision-making, enabling new research as well as more competence-oriented development for our students. The program is at the cutting edge to go to the delivery phase. TU/e would like to work with several IT Partners to enable project development & project implementation in the coming years. In the projects, IoT will often be used. The delivery phase is currently linked to three strategic areas of TU/e, namely Real Estate/Facilities, Energy and Integral Security. The purpose of this tender is to select 3 different IT Partners with which a framework agreement and processor agreement is entered into for 2 years with an option to extend it by two 12 months. Depending on the existing and future project portfolio and the associated expertise / complexity, the client will hold mini competitions between the framework contractors in which a further agreement is entered into.
