Description

St Vincent's University Hospital (SVUH) operates a multitone paging system, installed and recently updated based on a closed protocol system. Annual maintenance is required this system is operational and remains fit for use with miminal downtime. Due to the nature of this system as described, it can only be maintained by BP Multitone Limited T/A Critico (member of the Critico Group) as identified in this notice. According to SVUH's knowledge of the market, this provider is the sole with the licencing and expertise to perform these services in the State. SVUH is proposing a contract with said provider for a maximum of four (4) years, at an estimate value of EUR 70,000 ex. VAT per year.
