The Contracting Authority is looking for a partner for the delivery, implementation, support and structural maintenance and development of a fully integrated software package for the electronic health record. In addition to the scope of the current assignment, it is important that the software package, in addition to the electronic health record, can optionally provide the necessary integration possibilities and links with other existing and future packages within our organization. This part is covered by the technical provisions of the tender specifications. The Contracting Authority states first and foremost that the integrated software package is characterized as being a modern, innovative and progressive solution that facilitates communication within the organization. Patient participation in the care process is paramount, and a portal is required to make this possible in a user-friendly way. The partner also indemnifies that the integrated software package complies at all times with all relevant regulations, standards and legislation applicable to the organisation of the Contracting Authority.
