Description

The subject of the contract is: 1) in the scope of package No. 1-28, 30-31, 33-58, 62 – delivery of surgical gloves, diagnostic gloves, seam materials, traditional, specialised dressings, puncture protection, stickers, sleepers for the sick, plasters and sleepers for gypsum, pregnancy and drug detection tests, urinary reflux treatment kit, modified milk, milk replacement diets and other medical devices auxiliary to SPSZOZ “Zdroje”; 2) within the scope of package no. 29, 32, 63 – supply of skin substitute, dermis regeneration matrix and cellular matrix under the deposit agreement; 3) in the scope of package Nos 59 and 60 – conclusion of a framework contract for the supply of medicinal products for drug programmes; 4) in the scope of package 61 – conclusion of a framework contract for the supply of a medicinal product. The subject of the contract is divided into 63 lots called packages. The Ordering Party shall allow the submission of partial tenders.
