Description

Providing the necessary hygienic-sanitary products to the centres subordinated to D.G.A.S.P.C. Constanta, as follows: Hygienic absorbents or tampons Any request for clarifications must be submitted to SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub ). ‘The number of days by which clarifications may be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the closing date for submission of tenders.’ In this example, the deadlines for receipt of requests for clarifications and for transmission of the contracting authority’s reply were calculated in such a way that economic operators would benefit from the 10 days provided for in Article 161 of Law No 98/2016 and Article 173 of Law No 99/2016, respectively.
