Providing the necessary hygienic-sanitary products to the centres subordinated to D.G.A.S.P.C. Constanta, as follows: Hygienic absorbents or tampons Any request for clarifications must be submitted to SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub ). ‘The number of days by which clarifications may be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders is 18 days.
