Description

The project includes the planning and turnkey construction of the Meckelfeld School Centre and the outdoor facilities as part of an alternative procurement as a total contractor/total takeover (PPP owner model). The existing buildings on the property must be dismantled as part of the construction project. In order to maintain school operation, provision should be made for partial interim use for selected areas. In addition, the associated outdoor facilities are manufactured at the location of the Meckelfeld School Centre. The client expects a comprehensive overall offer for planning and construction as well as the provision of maintenance services within an extended warranty period (warranty for defects) as part of an overall award.
