Description

Durch den Fachbereich Immobilienmanagement Neubau der Stadt Erkrath und durch das Amt 23 für Hoch- und Tiefbau des Kreises Mettmann wird im Stadtteil Hochdahl gemeinsam der Neubau zweier Schulen samt weiterer Gebäude und den dazugehörigen Außenflächen für den Schul- und Quartiersbedarf geplant. Das Bauprojekt besteht aus einer dreizügigen Grundschule (zwei Gebäuden GS 1, GS 2), einem Gemeinschaftshaus (GH), einer Förderschule (zwei Gebäude FZ 1 und FZ 2), vier Verbindungsbauten (VG 1-4), einer Zweifachsporthalle (SH) sowie den dazugehörigen Schulhöfen, Stellplätzen und einem Außenbereich (Campuspfad), der der Öffentlichkeit zur Verfügung stehen wird. Diese Ausschreibung "Freianlagen" bezieht sich auf das gesamte Gelände, einschl. der angrenzenden Parkplatzanlage.
