The subject-matter of the public contract is to carry out inspections of bodies that have died outside the health facility in the Plzeň Region, in accordance with the provisions laid down in the Pilsen Region. Sections 86 et seq. of Act No 372/2011 on health services and the conditions for their provision (hereinafter also referred to as ‘the Health Services Act’), as amended, continuously, i.e. 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, unless it is a procedure under the law. Section 84(2)(a), (c) and (d) of the Health Services Act.
The Plzeň Region is responsible for organising and ensuring inspections of bodies that have died outside the health facility in its territory, in accordance with Section 110(1)(b) of the Health Services Act. To that end, it shall be authorised to close in accordance with the provisions of the Treaty. Section 84(2)(b) of the Health Services Act a contract with a health service provider.
