Specialised transport of teachers in 2026 with 3 (three) positions
The subject of this public procurement is the transport of teachers to children's and educational institutions of the municipality of Venets in 2026 with 3 (three) lots: Lot 1: Shumen-Wenets-Shumen: The transport is carried out in the following directions: Morning block (Length of the route in both directions – 80 km, including the tour of the stops in Shumen): Estimated number of travelling teachers - 25 Afternoon block (Length of the route in both directions – 80 km, including the tour of the stops in Shumen): Estimated number of travelling teachers - 16 Given the large difference in the number of travelling staff in the morning and afternoon blocks, it is necessary to provide two motor vehicles as follows: for the carriage of more than 22 passengers (per morning unit) with at least 25 (twenty-five) seating positions, excluding the driver’s seating position; for the carriage of not more than 22 passengers (in an afternoon block), with at least 16 (sixteen) seating positions, excluding the driver's seating position. The maximum total daily mileage to be paid by the Contracting Authority amounts to 160 km. Lot 2: Shumen-Borci-Yasenkovo-Shumen: The transport is carried out in the following directions: Morning block (Length of the route in both directions – 100 km, including the tour of the stops in Shumen): Estimated number of travelling teachers - 11 Afternoon block (Length of the route in both directions – 100 km, including the tour of the stops in Shumen): Estimated number of travelling teachers - 6 Given the number of travelling staff, it is necessary to provide a motor vehicle - for the carriage of no more than 22 passengers, with at least 11 (eleven) seating positions, excluding the driver's seating position. The maximum total daily mileage that will be paid by the Assignor amounts to 200 km. Lot 3: Shumen-Venets-Osenovets-Izgrev-Shumen; The transport is carried out in the following directions: Morning block (Length of the route in both directions – 104 km, including the tour of the stops in Shumen): Estimated number of travelling teachers - 13 Afternoon block (Length of the route in both directions – 104 km, including the tour of the stops in Shumen): Estimated number of travelling teachers - 6 Given the number of travelling staff, it is necessary to provide a motor vehicle - for the carriage of no more than 22 passengers, with at least 13 (thirteen) seating positions, excluding the driver's seating position. The maximum total daily mileage to be paid by the Contracting Authority amounts to 208 km. The bus transport and the 3 lots will be carried out every school day, according to the Order(s) of the Minister of Education and Science for determining the timetable of the school time for the school years 2025/2026 and 2026/2027. Estimated number of school days for the period: 188 days. The bus transport will be carried out outside the school days during the holidays and in case of any other necessity for the performance of the duties of the teachers. Estimated number of working days outside the regulated school days, according to the Order(s) of the Minister of Education - 44 days.
