Description

Supply of medical equipment for the needs of KOC-Burgas EOOD. The subject of the contract includes the supply, installation, training of staff (where applicable) and commissioning of a total of 8 medical devices (MD)/medical equipment (MA) and two devices intended for use with medical equipment, divided into 9 lots (PO). The contracting authority will make use of the possibilities provided by Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act, in connection with which OPs 1 to 5 inclusive will be awarded within the framework of this contract, with a total value of BGN 1 181 000.00. The rest of the contract, with a value of BGN 71 000.00 under OPs 6, 7, 8 and 9, will be awarded by the contracting authority in accordance with the procedure valid for the individual value of each of the items, on the basis of Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act. The estimated value of each of the OPs to be awarded at individual value falls within the scope of Article 20(4)(2) of the Public Procurement Act, does not exceed BGN 156,464 and the total estimated value of the lots awarded in this way does not exceed 20 per cent of the total estimated value of the contract. On the basis of the requirements of the Medical Devices Act (ZMI) and Regulation No 7 of the Ministry of Health of 31 March 2021, the contracting authority requires the MD/MA (without OP 4) proposed by the participants to be included in the list under Article 30a of the ZMI, maintained on the website of the Bulgarian Drug Agency (BDA) by the date set as the deadline for submission of tenders.
