Description

The Province of Zuid-Holland intends to issue an Assignment for the daily maintenance of the movable works of art (approximately 90) and additional objects within the provincial area. This concerns control centres (also called central object control), industrial (OT) network, incident coordination desk (IC desk), waterway support CCTV installation, transmission system and shore-side electricity cabinets. The activities consist mainly of: Scheduled maintenance, which means the periodic performance of: • Inspections; • Verifications (including statutory inspections); • Cleaning; • All other necessary preventive maintenance (including lubrication, cleaning, measuring, restarting, adjusting, etc.); • System administration (including: software management, configuration management, change management, backups, database management, network management, etc.); • Installation responsibility. The unscheduled maintenance, which is understood to mean the (ad hoc) resolution of malfunctions, defects, damages and calamities. The current contracts will be converted into one integrated contract based on UAV-GC. This covers the interfaces between the different contracts. An agreement is concluded with one contractor. Where the intended result is: to operate more from a managerial role than is currently the case and to have the contractor take up delegated ownership of the area. In order to carry out the work successfully, the contractor must organise the following work itself: • gathering and recording information; • planning, coordinating and organising the work; • guaranteeing your own product and process quality; • analysing and evaluating the work; • optimising the work and/or performance of the area.
