The identified building is a Showroom in Victoria, Gozo with an estimated useful floor area of 1,190 square metres over five (5) floors. The owner of the building is Mr. Emanuel Cini and the address of the showroom is - Caruana and Cini Co. Ltd Triq il-Kapuccini Victoria, VCT9081 The Contracting Authority is seeking to engage the services of an independent EPB Assessor for Non-Dwellings to carry out the following tasks - 1) Confirm the location and state of the building and the real size of the useful floor area of the building. 2) Issue an Energy Performance reading (asset rating) to MSD. 3) Provide a baseline correction as per requirements in the Annex provided SPD72024027_MSD_Annex_Calculation of Energy Savings from renovation of buildings. 4) Provide a signed report to MSD to confirm that the interventions proposed by the applicant and their projections shall reduce the Primary Energy Demand (PED) as presented in application.
