Description

This invitation to tender concerns the conclusion of framework contracts (without volume commitment), whereby the Service Providers undertake, at the request of OCAS, to provide it, for a specific mandate chosen by OCAS, with a mechanism to meet objectives. ‘Device’ means a set of human resources coordinated by the service provider. The aim is to be able to benefit, over a period of 3 to 5 years, from in-depth knowledge and field experience in order to: * Accompany the OCAS in the implementation of legal compliance actions in the field of information security and data protection, in accordance with the D-SIPD and DASP directives of the OFAS; * Define, formalise and implement the necessary arrangements for risk management, security incident response and business continuity; * Produce or enrich the regulatory and operational documents required to structure the OCAS information security documentation architecture; * Strengthen internal skills through awareness-raising, training and transfer of know-how, or the optional provision of services; * Provide strategic and operational support in steering transformation projects related to information security and data protection As part of this support, a maximum of 3 suppliers will be referenced.
