Description

Redesign of the outdoor facilities at the Kulturbahnhof Hohen Neuendorf. The existing S-Bahn station will be expanded and converted into a cultural centre with a library, seminar and practice rooms and public gastronomy, while it will serve as a continuous access to the S-Bahn station, and the redesign of the outdoor facilities will also take place under the ongoing operation of the S-Bahn station, access to the station must be possible at any time. The construction project consists of two sections, in the 1st construction phase the leaching system (filling rig) including all shafts, connecting lines, light shafts and gutters will be built on the building, in the 2nd construction phase. The construction phase includes the outdoor facilities, including fittings and equipment, as well as the planting works and plantings.
