Description

Framework agreement on the basis of which subsequent contracts will be concluded for the provision of maintenance services in an optimum state of operation of printers, copiers, fax machines and scanners (CPV code: 50323000-5) in accordance with the mandatory minimum requirements requested in Section 2: ‘Product specification’.
I. Estimated timetable for the award of subsequent contracts: subsequent contracts will be closed, so that the limits of one budget year are not exceeded (not to exceed 31.12 of each year) and in view of the existence of the financial resources allocated with this destination.
Subsequent contracts are estimated to be key for the following periods:
(a) 2016 * -31.12.2016;
(b) 1.1.2017-31.12.2017;
(c) 1.1.2018-31.12.2018;
(D) 1.1.2019-31.12.2019;
(e) 1.1.2020-2020 *.
* The first subsequent contract may be concluded in 2016 after 22.10.2016, depending on the date of signature of the framework agreement by both parties. The end date of the last subsequent contract and the framework agreement will be determined accordingly, so as not to exceed the maximum 48-month duration of the framework agreement;
II. In so far as, having regard to the provisions of the legislation on public finances, it is not possible to identify the funds required to be committed by concluding subsequent contracts for the periods mentioned above, subsequent contracts will be entered into for smaller periods, depending on the funds that can be made available for this destination;
III. Estimated quantities which could be subject to a single subsequent contract from those to be awarded for the duration of the framework agreement, in accordance with the provisions of Section 2: ‘Tender specifications’ in the award documentation:
Minimum quantity estimated for a subsequent contract: a minimum of one month for a minimum of 300 equipment and a maximum of 850 equipment;
Maximum quantity estimated for a subsequent contract: a maximum of 12 months for a minimum of 300 equipment and a maximum of 850 equipment.
