Description

Provision of meals preparation and serving services for pupils of Mikołaj Kopernik Primary School No 2 and pupils of the Kubus Pooh Local Government Kindergarten No 1 in the period from 01.09.2025 to 31.08.2028 in the School and Pre-school Complex with Integration Units in Połczyn-Zdrój. General rules for the preparation and delivery of meals: 1) Daily preparation (in accordance with nutritional standards) and delivery of meals for mass catering for pupils and pupils: a) Nicolaus Copernicus Primary School No 2 in Połczyn-Zdrój: lunch from 12:00 to 14:30; b) Kubus Pooh Local Government Kindergarten No 1 in Połczyn-Zdrój during the following hours: - breakfast from 8:15 to 8:30,- lunch from 11:15 to 11:30, - tea from 14:00 to 14:15. Any changes to the timing and timing of meals must be agreed by both parties in advance. 2) Preparation of meals will be made from items purchased by the Contractor. 3) Contractor provide dishes, washing and cleaning dishes after meals. 4) The Contractor shall ensure the preparation, collection and disposal of post-consumer waste. 5) The Contractor shall ensure the distribution of meals for individual groups in an appropriate amount, the distribution of meals in the group shall be ensured by the Ordering Party. 6) The Ordering Party reserves the right to control the performed order on an ongoing basis. 7) Two days before the start of each week, the Contractor will inform parents and staff of various menus containing a description of the meal together with written allergens approved by the dietician. 8) The Ordering Party may establish a detailed list of products permitted for use in mass caterers on the basis of provisions issued pursuant to Art. 6. the Act of 25 August 2006 on food and nutrition safety (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1448). 9) For the preparation of meals, you should use high-quality and always fresh products with current expiry dates, purchased from sources operating in accordance with the applicable sanitary and hygienic regulations. 10) The Contractor shall provide a variety of menus and adjust the types of dishes served to the rank of meals during the day. 11) The customer does not allow the same type of meal to be repeated within 1 decade (10 days). 12) The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor prepare meals in accordance with the recommended model of nutrition of a health-promoting nature. 13) Meals are to be prepared in accordance with the procedures necessary to ensure food and nutrition safety, taking into account the provisions laid down in the Food and Nutrition Safety Act , as well as other applicable provisions of food law. 14) Sample meals should be kept by the Contractor for 72 hours. 15) Maintain cleanliness and order in the canteen and kitchen in accordance with the requirements of the relevant services. 16) The Contractor is obliged to conclude a contract for the rental of kitchen and canteen premises for the entire duration of the contract, in accordance with the provisions of Order No. 97/2024 of the Mayor of Połczyn-Zdrój of the Republic of Poland No. 17) As part of the rented premises, the Contractor uses the equipment necessary to conduct business activity, which is owned by the school according to the relevant annex. 18) At its own expense, the Contractor will carry out maintenance, ongoing repairs and major overhauls of leased equipment. 19) The Contractor is obliged to equip at his own expense the rented premises with additional equipment necessary for conducting business activity. 20) At its own expense, the Contractor shall carry out the necessary repairs and refurbishments of the leased premises in agreement with the headmaster of the school. 21) The total area of the kitchen, canteens and auxiliary rooms is: 298.83 m2. 22) The Contractor shall bear the costs associated with the employment of staff. 23) The entire process of preparing and dispensing meals is to take place in the kitchen rooms of the School and Pre-school Complex with Integration Departments in Połczyn-Zdrój; 24) the preparation and delivery of meals on the basis of catering shall be excluded. Guidelines for Mikołaj Kopernik Primary School No 2 in Połczyn-Zdrój 1. The estimated number of lunches for school pupils is 120 meals per day for a period of 30 months in the school years 2025/2026, 2026/2027, 2027/2028 . 2. The Contractor will be required to prepare two-course lunches in the form of: five times a week soup with a capacity of 250 ml, five times a week the second dish being a meat or fish meal with salad or boiled vegetables and compote or water. Meat can be served interchangeably: potatoes, groats, rice, pasta. The second dish can also be dumplings, pancakes, hooves, pasta with sauce or others. The contractor will prepare meals with a calorific value of not less than 850 kcal. Guidelines for the Kubus Pooh Local Government Kindergarten No 1 in PołczynZdrój 1. The estimated number of lunches for kindergarten is 115 meals per day for a period of 33 months in the school years 2025/2026, 2026/2027, 2027/2028. 2. Feeding children in kindergarten should be carried out on the following principles: a) preparation of all-day meals in accordance with the recommended nutritional standards for the age groups of preschool children (age 36); b) hot meals should be delivered at a temperature consistent with the requirements, i.e. the minimum temperature of the soup should be 750C, 650C second course, 800C liquids, and the maximum temperature of cold products (salads, pastes, cheeses, etc.) 150C; three meals a day are required: breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea; twice a day providing warm drinks such as tea, compote, etc.; d) it is required to provide drinking water given to children between breakfast and lunch and lunch and tea.
