Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of diesel oil in the amount of up to 650 m3.This is a successive supply with filling: one underground reservoir with room. 15 m3 located on the base at Al. Gen. On and off. Sikorskiego 428 in Rzeszów, three above-ground reservoirs; o poj. 9 m3 each located at ul. 11 and 9 m3 at ul. Hospital 26 in Rzeszów. The Ordering Party shall have the appropriate infrastructure allowing for the lawful unloading of the fuel supplied by the Contractor in accordance with the applicable regulations. The fuel ordered by the Ordering Party will be used only for own purposes. 2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract contained in chapter III Description of the subject of the contract in SWZ.
