Description

On 22 January 2025, the City Council adopted the grazing plan for the Houtdorper- en Speulderveld (‘HSV’). The HSV is a heathland of about 500 ha. and is located between Speuld and Uddel. With the establishment of the grazing plan, from 2026 onwards, an (indexed) amount of a total of €110,000,-/yr will be available for a flock of sheep on the HSV with a size of 500 sheep. In addition, the council has made available a one-off amount of € 60,000 for the construction of 4 wolf-resistant night beads.
